Dashprit Kaur was called to the Malaysian Bar in February 2025 and commenced practice with the firm shortly after. She has been previously exposed to a broad spectrum of legal work, with experience spanning insurance matters, civil litigation, employment disputes, and conveyancing.

Her current primary area of practice is civil litigation, where she regularly handles matters involving Housing Development Act (HDA) claims, contractual disputes, tortious claims, family law matters, marine and employment-related disputes. She is involved in managing cases at various stages of proceedings, from pre-action advisory and pleadings to hearings and trial preparation.

Dashprit works closely with the Partners of the firm, gaining valuable exposure to complex legal and procedural issues. She has conducted hearings and trials, with hands-on courtroom experience that has reinforced her advocacy skills.

She approaches her work with a strong willingness to grow as a practitioner. She believes in maintaining good client relationships and approaches her work with care, responsibility, and attentiveness to clients’ needs.
