Mogesh was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in December 2022 and joined the firm in 2025. He previously practised in banking litigation, with experience spanning debt recovery, judgment enforcement, bankruptcy proceedings, and corporate insolvency and restructuring matters.

Mogesh practises in corporate and commercial litigation, working closely with the firm’s partners on complex disputes involving shareholder disputes, fraud, asset recovery, and industrial relations. His role includes supporting the litigation team in unraveling fraudulent schemes, including investment fraud, procurement irregularities, and asset tracing.

In his employment practice, Mogesh assists partners in representing corporations in high-stakes dismissal actions, particularly those involving senior management misconduct and breaches of fiduciary duty. He also supports the firm’s advisory practice through due diligence and legal research for internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies.
