Raymond Tan joined the Firm as a Legal Associate in March 2025 and is one of team members assisting our lead counsels in civil and commercial disputes especially at the High Court & Court of Appeal. He works directly with senior members of the team to guide clients through each stage of the litigation process, from interlocutory applications to trial, enforcement, and appeals to the appellate courts.

Raymond read law as an external student with University of London. After completing his degree, he joined the Firm as an intern before pursuing the Bar in Bristol. He was called to the Bar in England in 2023. He then returned to the firm as a pupil under the tutelage of Dato’ Shamesh, the firm’s Managing Partner, before remaining on as a Legal Associate. From the early stages of his training, he has gained practical courtroom experience and exposure to a wide range of matters, including shareholder disputes, fraud, misappropriation, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
