Vince holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Malaya. His practice focuses on Industrial Relations and Employment Law, Administrative and Constitutional Law, Civil Litigation, Defamation, and Criminal Defence, with a growing emphasis on Business and Human Rights.

He was called to the Malaysian Bar on 3 February 2017, having commenced his pupillage at Messrs Jeeva Partnership. Vince subsequently practised at Messrs Karpal Singh & Company and Messrs Tan Ban Cheng & Associates before rejoining the firm in February 2020, where he is actively involved in employment and corporate/commercial litigation.

An advocate for human rights and sustainable initiatives, Vince has served on several Bar Council committees, including the National Young Lawyers and Pupils Committee and the Industrial and Employment Law Committee, and currently sits on the Human Rights and Constitutional Law Committees. He has also been involved in high-profile constitutional and public interest litigation, including cases under the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 and judicial challenges against government censorship.
